Rental Contract Terms and Conditions
626 Party Rentals Terms, Conditions and Rental Contract.
Reserving Equipment: Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Equipment and items will be reserved only upon receipt of a valid credit card, a signed rental contract and a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit by credit card or full payment via Zelle 7 days prior to event date. If full payment is not paid 7 days prior before delivery, 626 Party Rentals has the right to cancel your order and no refund will be given. In case of cancellation, any payment left on an order is NON- REFUNDABLE regardless of circumstances or reasons for cancellation. Cancellations due to weather will not be accepted. If a deposit is not placed, the client agrees that there is no rental agreement.
Our 25% deposit fee is non-refundable.

Rental Terms & Conditions
Paying the payment request for the rental items associated with the attached pricing constitutes agreement to these rental terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the entire terms and conditions. The following conditions and its terms will set forth an agreement between 626 Party Rentals and event host/client (client), for item displayed on invoice and any other rentals stated in the notes area. This written terms and conditions sets forth the full, written intention of the host/client. Signature on this form/terms and conditions constitutes agreement to this document. Secondly this form grants 626 Party Rentals to charge the clients credit card for any damages that may occur during the rental period.
Failure to return goods by specified date constitutes theft and will result in criminal charges. The renter will pay for any damages to the rented equipment incurred during the rental period, or while in the renters' possession. Should any equipment associated with the contract go missing, or is stolen, the renter agrees to be charged with the value of the equipment as stated on this rental contract. The renter will advise 626 Party Rentals of any change of address or telephone number that may occur while in possession of the above listed goods.
All rental charges are to be paid 7 days in advance to your event date or delivery/pickup date to 626 Party Rentals.
Rental equipment is not covered by 626 Party Rentals insurance. The Renter assumes all financial responsibilities for the equipment listed above.
The renter will pay all overdue charges for any and all equipment returned after the due date. The renter will pay any fees incurred by the owner in the event of repossessing the items or collecting the rentals due.
A %25 non refundable deposit (50% for orders over $1000.00) is required to confirm a rental reservation with the balance due 7 days before delivery/pickup. Picture ID and credit card with matching name is required to be submitted and kept on file for all renters during the rental period.
Upon delivery or pickup the renter agrees that all of the rentals are in satisfactory condition. Clients may inspect rental equipment but they must do so before the items have either left our facility or when our staff is present for delivery/setup.
Rental Equipment Theft/Damage:
The client agrees to pay full retail replacement cost of the damaged/missing item(s) including shipping and handling fees within for rental items not returned, theft, damage resulting from vandalism, damage resulting from failure to secure rental items during transport overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the rental items, damage to motors or other electronic devices caused by artificial current, damages resulting from overturning, any damage due to weather, any damage to third party sub rental items or specialty items. Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure and protected from the weather & other elements when not in use.
Rental Equipment Safety Waiver: Client agrees that 626 Party Rentals is not the manufacturer of the rented property. If the rental items become unsafe or in disrepair for any reason, the client agrees to discontinue its use and to notify 626 party rentals as soon as possible and not until pick up. Client agrees 626 Party Rentals is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages to person(s) or property.
Delivery/Pickup Service:
Delivery service is available on all orders regardless of size. Standard delivery/pickup is $35 within 10 miles of Alhambra, CA. An additional $1.95 fee will be added to delivery/pickup per mile after 10 miles each way. All fees are based on delivery and charged by geographic location. Additional delivery charges will occur for 2nd floor or higher delivery locations, excessive distance for loading and unloading trucks, specific delivery and pickup times. Delivery fees quote may change after site inspection. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location. The client should be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup, otherwise, the counts will be considered accurate. Orders are typically delivered 1-3 days in advance of your event while pickups occur 1-2 days following your event. Client agrees to be available and flexible throughout the entire delivery/pickup window. Our standard delivery routes only take place inside a schedule that is most efficient for our team to execute. You may request an exact time delivery/pickup or same day pickup time at a cost of $70.00 per loaded trip. This includes rushed delivery/pick and same day/ evening pick up. This does not guarantee an exact time of arrival, but it does guarantee a 1 hour time frame window of delivery/pickup. Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery to the time of pickup. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather.
Weather:
Client understands that tents are temporary structures designed to provide limited protection from weather conditions, primarily sun and rain; however there may be situations, particularly those involving strong winds and lightning, in which tents will not provide protection and may even be damaged or blown over. Evacuation of tents to avoid possible injury is recommended when severe weather threatens the area where the tent is erected. People must leave the tents and not seek shelter in tents during such conditions. The client agrees to take full responsibility of being self-aware of changing weather conditions and to exercise their best judgment with regard to evacuation of tents. 626 Party Rentals is not responsible for any damages or delays on setup/breakdown in case of any weather conditions as mentioned above.
Cleanup/Preparation For Pickup:
All floral arrangements, trash, and decorations of any kind should be removed from tent before scheduled pickup time. Client assumes responsibility for all damages caused by decorations. Please be aware that some decorations can cause a permanent station on the tent, linen, and other rental items. Please ask if you are unsure to avoid the cost of damages. Decorations must not affect the structural integrity of the tent.
All chairs and tables must be stacked as delivered and be ready for pickup. All rental equipment must be returned and assembled at a single location for pickup.
Additional charges may apply if:
The site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives. The tent and rented equipment is not ready for prearranged pickup. Delivery or pickups are from any location other than ground level (upstairs or downstairs). All chairs and tables are not stacked as delivered for pickup. All additional equipment is left dirty. Customer requires pickups before or after normal business hours
Late Fees: The Renter agrees to return all rented equipment by the specified date and time on this contract. If the Renter fails to do so, they will be charged a late fee of 50% of the order total per day for the first 3 days and after 3 days will be considered lost or stolen. Additionally, if any late items are set to be rented to another customer inside the late period, the Renter will be charged extra fees for causing inconvenience and loss of revenue to 626 Party Rentals.
Be sure all equipment is returned according to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions.
